Sketching Spring Plants
Join me Saturday April 23rd at 10 a.m. for a workshop that will introduce attendees to identifying and careful observation, sketching and
journaling specimens such as serviceberry, skunk cabbage, and bloodroot.
Please dress for outdoor sketching, however we will hold the program entirely inside if weather is bad. Participants should bring basic sketching supplies (number 2 pencil, or a 2b or HB drawing pencil, a sketchbook or paper on a clipboard, and an eraser as well as a magnifying glass, pens, watercolor paint & brushes, and small stool if desired)
This workshop is free and open to the public, but is limited to 15 participants. Please sign up at the Visitor Center front desk (631-286-0485).
